If you cancel your service within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to the card listed on file, and any deposits will not be returned. No call - no show appointments will be responsible for up to 100% of the appointment cost. Rescheduled appointments will not be charged an additional deposit. Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your service during checkout at the end of your appointment. Please remember to arrive on time, and let me know if you happen to be running late so that I am able to accommodate you. The time window to be in the lash studio is 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive later, you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. This ensures that all clients that are scheduled for that day are able to be accommodated. You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining in order to book for an in-fill. Please remember to arrive to your appointment with freshly shampooed lashes, and let me know before hand if you were unable to do so. Extensions will not stick to dirty lashes!
